Structure and characteristics:
1. Specifications of the calenderæ¯ five rolls are all the drilling structure of 300x900mm.
2.4 and 5 roll is Steel Electroplating mirror roll.
3. Pitch adjustment of Roll is all electric adjustable.
4. The main motor is driven by a 22KW Frequency Motor, and its main electrical components are imported from Japan.
5. Gear box is middle-hardened combination gearbox. Its rotating accuracy is eight.
6. The unit is equipped with two automatic temperature-control heat petrol stations. |
